Yarniverse is centrally located in Memphis. Anywhere outside of the 240 loop will get you here in 20 minutes. We love to extend our hospitality to those visiting Memphis.
Located in East Memphis near Clark Tower at 709 S. Mendenhall south of Poplar, between Bogie's Deli and Tobacco Corner, across the street from The Half Shell. From I-240, take the Mt. Moriah exit North. Mt. Moriah changes to Mendenhall. Scroll to the bottom of the page, for personalized directions depending on where you are coming from, or see the map below.
Within our neighborhood you will find The Raquet Club, Fresh Market, Wild Bird's Unlimited, Simply Divine Plus Size Consignment Shop, (next door), Dixon Art Gallery, Memphis Botanical Garden, Bogie's Deli, Half Shell Restaurant, Whole Foods, Houston's Restaurant, Bogie's Deli, Pottery Barn Outlet, Williams Sonoma. Across and down the street is Gibson's World Famous Donuts. There are a number of Yoga studios in this area including Better Bodies Yoga. Hotels within walking distance include Double Tree and Hampton Inn. Hospitals near us include Baptist East & St. Francis. Close by Laurelwood shopping center features Booksellers, Panera Bread, Joesph's Dinstuhl's Candy, Sachi's and Macy's Oak Court across the street. There is also a Lily Pulitzer store, The Pink Door in the Laurelwood collection, Theatre Memphis behind this shopping center across the Tracks, Paradiso movie theater on the other side of Poplar, Folk's Folly Steak House and a Memphis favorite, Huey's for burgers and pub fare.
From the airport:
Take 240 towards Nashville, get off 4 exits later at Mt. Moriah. Take Mt. Moriah North for approximately 1.5 miles. Mt. Moriah changes names and turns into Mendenhall before it crosses Poplar. We are on the left before the railroad tracks.
Take Nonconnah Parkway to Mt. Moriah. Exit Mt. Moriah North. Go approx 1.5 miles through 5 stoplights. The road curves, we are on the left before the railroad tracks.
From West part of Germantown:
Go straight down Poplar, past the tall buildings of Clark Tower and Independent bank. Turn left on Mendenhall (you will see Tobacco Corner). As soon as you make the turn at the light from Poplar onto Mendenhall, get in the right lane. We are in the Williamsburg shopping center on your right, the 5th little building down before Bogie's Deli.
From Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington & Beyond:
You can take 1-40 to Sam Cooper Blvd and get off at the Perkins exit. Go north (right) to Summer Avenue past Lowe's Hardware. Take a right on summer. Stay in the right lane and take a right on Mendenhall. Stay straight on Mendenhall. Cross Walnut Grove and Poplar. Cross the railroad tracks. Yarniverse will be on your right, in the 5th Williamsburg shopping building.
From Downtown Memphis:
The scenic route- Go straight out Poplar for approx 10 miles, turn right on Mendenhall. You will pass Macy's at Perkins and Poplar. Mendenhall and Poplar is 3 lights east of Macy's.Take 1-240 towards Nashville. Get off at Mt. Moriah north. Go approx 1.5 miles through 5 lights. The road curves- Yarniverse is on your left
